REFUND POLICY:

For faulty products, we reserve the right to repair or replace the item or refund the item's cost back onto the credit card originally used for the purchase, if the item is within its warranty period. For any warranty or repair questions, please call customer service at 800-866-2122.

For refund considerations on unused products, please contact customer service at 800-866-2122 within 30 days after receipt of your product. Any equipment that has been used to spray any fluid (besides water) is not considered new for the purposes of returns.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Please be assured that your items will ship out within two to five days of purchase. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
